Who we are

My Founder Journey is a business facilitation platform that connects founders with qualified professionals for company registration, licensing, trademark and compliance services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services ourselves.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documents
• use our services only for lawful purposes
• respond promptly when we need information to progress your application

We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Quotes, fees and payment

We share an all-inclusive quote for your requirement before work begins. Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges are as applicable and are covered as stated in your quote. Fees once paid are handled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

No guarantee of government outcomes

We prepare and file your applications with care, but approvals, timelines and decisions rest with the relevant government authorities and are outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific outcome or processing time.

Intellectual property

The content, design and branding on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the professional fees you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
